Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist - Recruitment


Job Responsibilities:


  1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient talent acquisition.
  2. Hands-on experience in recruiting for IT roles, including Development, Application, Cybersecurity, Automation, and both niche and generic IT skills.
  3. Expertise in recruiting within the IT/IT Infrastructure, Telecom, and BFSI sectors.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, managing hiring needs and ensuring successful outcomes.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update comprehensive job descriptions and specifications, even with minimal information.
  6. Conduct preliminary interviews, screening and identifying the best-fit candidates for open positions.
  7. Oversee senior-level hiring processes, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  8. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and leverage social media platforms and other sourcing tools for recruitment.
  10. Conduct and analyze CTC surveys to inform compensation decisions.
  11. Manage recruitment timelines (TAT), ensuring efficient and effective completion of all recruitment activities.
  12. Act as the key liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, building strong, influential relationships.
  13. Provide detailed, analytical, and well-documented reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

  1. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a high level of motivation and drive.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment within the IT industry, with a deep understanding of relevant technical roles.
  3. Strong familiarity with recruitment/HR software and tools.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  5. Solution-oriented, process-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  6. Strong decision-making and leadership skills, with the ability to lead recruitment efforts and drive results.
