Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can manage end-to-end hiring for various roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage both candidates and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions (sourcing to onboarding).
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Work closely with clients/department heads to understand job requirements.
• Maintain and update daily reports, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Handle offer negotiation, salary discussions, and joining confirmation.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, or campus hiring is a plus.
• Should be comfortable working from the Varanasi location.
