Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project specifications and schedules

• Perform site surveys and assessments to gather necessary data for project planning and design

• Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards.

• Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and necessary resources at site level whenever required.

• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget

• Conduct regular inspections on-site to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process in a timely and efficient manner

• Keep detailed records of construction activities, including daily reports, photographs, and progress updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction/ PRE- Fab/ PEB industry

• Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software for project planning and design

• Knowledge of construction methods and materials

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high- quality work.
