Recruitment Specialist

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Human Resources Recruiter based in Thane. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. The role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate records, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates
• Ability to strategize and execute recruitment plans effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with candidates and team members
• Knowledge of HR best practices, including compliance and workplace diversity
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in Real Estate recruitment or HR is an asset
