The Real Estate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential real estate investment opportunities, negotiating with property owners, coordinating site visits, and managing relationships with brokers and other stakeholders. The role also includes conducting market research, analyzing property trends, and providing insights to the acquisition team. Additionally, the Real Estate Sourcing Manager will work closely with the finance and legal teams to ensure due diligence and compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Real Estate Market Analysis, Property Evaluation, and Investment Analysis skills Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Communication skills Market Research and Trend Analysis skills Financial Analysis and Due Diligence skills Understanding of regulatory compliance and legal aspects of real estate Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field Experience in the real estate industry, specifically in sourcing or acquisitions, is a plus Show more Show less
