Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sourcing Manager located in Pune. The Real Estate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and sourcing potential real estate opportunities, managing relationships with property owners and brokers, conducting market research and analysis, and negotiating purchase terms. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating property options, preparing and presenting business cases, overseeing transactions, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sourcing, identification, and negotiation
• Proficiency in market research and analysis
• Relationship management skills with property owners and brokers
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare and present well-structured business cases
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in an on-site real estate role is a plus
