Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Faridabad. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with department heads to understand staffing needs, maintaining applicant databases, organizing training sessions, and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates. The role also involves implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including experience in sourcing and selecting top talent
• Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates to identify the best fit for roles
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with candidates and team members
• Experience in organizing and facilitating Training programs to support new hires and employee development
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in recruitment for the prefabrication or construction industry is a plus
