IT Executive – Full-Time (On-Site) 📍 Location: ECOSTAN India Pvt Ltd, Lehra, Ludhiana, Punjab Role Description We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Executive to manage our day-to-day IT operations. This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining hardware/software systems, managing networks, ensuring data security, providing technical support to users, and assisting with ERP (Odoo) and infrastructure enhancements. You will play a crucial role in keeping our tech backbone strong and reliable across departments like Sales, Service, Manufacturing, and Administration. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and printers. Troubleshoot system and network issues, and provide timely support to internal users. Ensure data backup systems and antivirus/firewall security are properly configured. Monitor and optimize internet connectivity and LAN/Wi-Fi performance. Support Odoo ERP users and coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and fixes. Assist in implementation of new software/hardware as per company requirements. Keep IT inventory and licensing records updated. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management. Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, wireless access points, and CCTV systems. Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) is an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
