💼 Role: HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Executive)

HR Recruiter

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment cycle

  for staff & worker-level positions (job posting → sourcing → screening → interview → selection → joining).
• Source candidates through

  Job Portals (Naukri/Indeed), LinkedIn, internal database, consultants & references

  .
• Coordinate with department heads to understand

  manpower requirements

  and job descriptions.
• Conduct telephonic/online screening to evaluate suitability, attitude, and skillset.
• Maintain candidate tracker, daily MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessment rounds, and assist in final HR discussions.
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring requirements (Service, Sales, Production, Quality, HR, etc.).
• Manage onboarding support for selected candidates (offer letter, documentation, joining formalities).
• Work closely with HR Manager to improve hiring TAT, candidate experience, and employer branding.
  

🎯 Experience Required

• 3 to 4 years

  of experience in

  Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

  , preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring as well as skilled technical hiring.
