Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Lead to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering initiatives. Allocate resources, manage timelines, and resolve technical bottlenecks. Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and best engineering practices. Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Recruit, train, and develop engineering talent. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil). Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in engineering roles with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Strong project management and team leadership skills. In-depth knowledge of engineering tools, processes, and technologies relevant to the field. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Preferred Skills Experience working in agile or lean environments. Familiarity with budgeting, cost estimation, and risk management.
