FP & A Analyst - Deal PricingHyderabad - WFO Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Finance Professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and deal pricing, with exceptional communication skills to work closely with senior leadership in the US. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts to ensure seamless collaboration with stakeholders across different time zones. Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making. Develop deal pricing strategies and financial models to drive business profitability. Work closely with the US senior leadership team, providing financial insights and strategic guidance. Prepare and present financial reports, MIS dashboards, and detailed PowerPoint presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business goals. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations for business improvement. Support the CFO in financial decision-making, investment planning, and risk management. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory; MBA from a reputed business school is a plus. 5-6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or related fields. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Experience in deal pricing, cost optimization, and profitability analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leadership. Ability to create high-quality financial reports, MIS, and executive presentations. ● Flexible to work in shifts to align with US stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
