Job Description

Job Sum y :

We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst with 2 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
The ideal candi should be highly skilled in Excel / Advanced Excel and financial modelling, with the ability to prepare budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and deliver insightful reports to support strategic isions

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain financial planning models, budgets, and forecasts

Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for management review

Perform data extraction, consolidation, and analysis using Advanced Excel

Support th-end and year-end reporting with accurate and timely submissions

Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and understand business needs

Track KPIs, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights for ision making

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across all financial reports

Assist in strategic planning, annual operating plans, and scenario analysis

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, macros preferred)

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to clearly present financial insights to senior management

High attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Qualifications & Experience

CA / CMA / Semi-qualified CA or CMA preferred

2 6 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis

Experience in MIS reporting and financial modelling is an advantage
