Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced professional to join our team, having expertise in the Controlling: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (COPC) & Profitability Analysis (COPA). In-house resource for SAP FICO for driving strong business performance, developing financial and governance strategies. Advance understanding of SAP processes and the ability to derive actionable insights from financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Monthly COPA, present findings to leadership
Variance Analysis
Analysis of Manufacturing costs, Direct Costs, Direct Selling Costs, Processing Costs against Budgets/Parity.

· New product costing and pricing control.

· Fixed asset related Controls.

Tracking and Analyzing Value Generation and Variation on Lot-wise basis. (Yield Analysis)
Extract and validate financial and operational data from
SAP S/4HANA FICO module
Design and prepare
management dashboards, MIS reports and analytical summaries
Collaborate with finance, operations and IT teams to define and deliver customized reporting solutions
Maintain data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reporting outputs
Support
audit and compliance reporting
, ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes within SAP
Assist in evaluating and improving current data structures, reports and system utilization

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA – FICO module
, including core functionalities like : Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (COPC) & Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization); familiarity with
Power BI
or similar tools is an advantage
Sound knowledge of financial accounting and cost management principles
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into meaningful business insights

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in
SAP S/4HANA FICO
Experience working in manufacturing or multi-plant environments

Exposure to financial planning tools and integration with SAP
