We have an opportunity for a
Financial Analyst
to join our Finance team in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial excellence across G&A functions by delivering accurate forecasting, insightful variance analysis, and actionable business insights. Collaborating closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams, you will optimize resource allocation, enhance reporting efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Prepare functional budgets and forecasts for a portfolio of G&A departments supporting AOP, LRP [RP1] , and quarterly forecast cycles
- Calculate month-end close accruals and adjustments for assigned departments
- Analyze financial performance versus budget and forecast, highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver operational commentary and insights to senior management to drive performance improvement
- Partner with G&A leaders to manage operating expenses, including headcount and resource planning
- Review purchase and job requisitions for budget alignment and spending control
- Report operational expenses and headcount metrics for management review
- Assist in updating LOB-level P&Ls and consolidating cross-functional financial results
- Participate in strategic and ad hoc projects to improve forecasting accuracy, system efficiency, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with global teams and support operations across multiple time zones
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting, with working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities
- Hands-on experience with enterprise financial planning tools such as Oracle EPM, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan (preferred)
- Strong communication and partnership skills with the ability to influence and present insights to non-financial audiences
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- Experience using AI tools to streamline financial workflows and research a plus
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment

First 90 Days:
Immerse yourself in Infoblox culture, connect with mentors, learn core financial systems, and engage with key stakeholders across G&A functions. Align on near-term forecasting and reporting goals.
Six Months:
Independently manage system inputs supporting monthly and quarterly close activities—including accruals and reclassification entries. Build strong understanding of supported business functions, identify performance challenges, and propose solutions.
One Year:
Act as a strategic finance partner to G&A leaders, leading process improvement initiatives that drive greater forecasting accuracy and efficiency. Influence decision-making by delivering data-driven insights and a holistic understanding of corporate P&L drivers.
