Job Description

As a Finance Manager , the focus is on driving financial excellence through strategic planning, effective compliance, and robust financial controls in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is critical in shaping the financial health of the organization by leading core finance functions including budgeting, reporting, taxation, and treasury management. It plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making, ensuring regulatory adherence, and optimizing resource allocation across operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead all finance functions including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate preparation and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with statutory and accounting standards. Provide financial strategy support for business planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization initiatives. Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, fund planning, and banking relationships. Drive cost control and resource optimization initiatives across functions. Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance processes with minimal deviations. Ensure timely filing and compliance with all applicable tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Collaborate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities for seamless operations. Strengthen internal controls, governance mechanisms, and ERP-based finance systems. Desired Profile: Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA). Experience: 15+ years in core finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing or infrastructure sector. Strong command over accounting principles, taxation laws, and ERP systems (SAP preferred). Proven track record in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, with a commitment to integrity and transparency.
