The candidate will lead a team of 5 Interior Designers Managers. Project Design: Develop design briefs, concepts based on the project vision Translate design direction into mood boards, renders, and drawings with accuracy Design spaces coordinating architectural layouts, furniture layouts, services, materiality with accurate detailing captured at the design stage Assist in selection of materials, preparation of sample boards and finalization of materials based available budgets Track, manage, and adhere to project schedules and deadlines effectively Review/ Selection of FFE adequate to the design brief Accessory selection and styling of interior spaces Coordination with Internal Team and External Consultants: Coordination with internal teams and external consultants to close design with all relevant stakeholders Ensuring optimum design inputs for Marketing renders Incorporating branding effectively into the design story/ developments Resolve design issues and clashes promptly to ensure smooth progress of projects Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project milestones Ensure design intent is effectively communicated through adequate documentation to convey all requirements to stakeholders Ensure timely and accurate selection of material, done in line with budgets and coordination with our vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of data analysts focused on daily data oversight workflows, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of data quality controls. Enhance the data quality rules engine by incorporating advanced exception detection methods, including AI/ML techniques and cross-validation with structured and unstructured data sources.
