We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Finance Controller to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, compliance, and financial planning. As a key business partner to executive leadership, you will play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the organization. Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Manage and optimize the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll. Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with financial regulations and tax laws. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. Lead the audit process and manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions. Improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to drive efficiency and scalability. Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems). Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
