As a Finance Controller at Gobind Coach Builders in Mohali, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Cash Flow Management:** You will be responsible for monitoring daily cash positions and forecasting monthly cash flows to support business planning and maintain liquidity. - **Support Budgeting & Analysis:** You will assist in preparing budgets and conducting variance analysis to identify financial trends and opportunities for improvement. - **Leverage Financial Tools:** Utilize Tally and Excel to generate insightful financial reports and perform data-driven analysis to drive informed decision-making. - **Client Engagement:** Proactively follow up with clients on overdue accounts, maintaining positive relationships while driving collections efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) along with a Post Graduate degree (MCom/MBA) Gobind Coach Builders operates in the manufacturing industry with a work schedule of 6 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm, with mandatory travel to other branches at least 3 days a week.
