Job Description

Role Overview:

A result-driven and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role is pivotal in maintaining financial health, optimizing performance, and guiding the company’s financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable / payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and various MIS reports).
Coordinate and direct budgeting and forecasting processes; analyze variances and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, FLA, DPT and other tax / regulatory filings.
Compliance with Transfer pricing regulations
Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures, Sox compliance.
Manage audits and liaise with external / Internal / tax auditors.
Treasury
: Liaise with Banks/Financial institutions for financing/ credit limits/Issuance of BGs; ensure timely reporting / filings with banks; foreign exchange management; Surplus funds management
Provide financial insights and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
10+ years of combined accounting and finance experience.
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
