Your role and responsibilities
- As aManufacturing Financial Analyst, you play a key role in assessing, monitoring, and optimizing the financial performance of a production business. You act as astrategic partner to operations, providing accurate financial analyses to support decision-making.
- As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of theFinance / Accounting team, sharing responsibility with colleagues for general, financial, and manufacturing accounting across theplants.

- The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Building business to be based at Nelamangala, Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Financial Planning & Analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and pricing analytics to ensure accurate financial performance tracking.
- Costing & Inventory Control Manage product costing, monitor variances, analyze inventory performance, and maintain accurate cost data within the ERP system.
- Operational & Performance Support Collaborate with production teams, develop KPIs and dashboards, and assist in investment tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Risk Management & Compliance Ensure adherence to financial policies, support internal and external audits, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications for the role:

Educational Qualification
CA / CWA / CMA qualified or MBA in Finance from a reputed Tier-1 institute. - Experience 2 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in finance or related roles. PREFERABLY FEMALE CANDIDATES
- Financial Analysis Well-developed abilities in financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Costing & Accounting Proficient in costing, management accounting, and financial reporting processes.
- Risk Management Skilled in risk analysis, mitigation strategies, and ensuring financial compliance.
- MIS & Reporting Practical experience in Management Information Systems (MIS), preparing accurate financial dashboards and reports for decision-making.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to operational and cost optimization practices.
