Role Overview : We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional with 4–6 years of experience to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a seamless and impactful hiring experience. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
