About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Controller with hands-on experience in manufacturing finance, particularly in jewellery, diamond, or export-oriented industries. You’ll be responsible for managing the company’s financial health—from budgeting and inventory costing to cash flow, compliance, and raising funds to fuel growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS and financial statements

Track budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies

Cash Flow & Expense Management

Monitor daily cash flow and forecast requirements

Manage payables, receivables, GST, TDS, duty drawbacks, and refunds

Cost Control & Inventory Oversight

Supervise inventory costing for diamonds and gold

Minimize wastage and ensure accurate production costing

Fundraising & Financial Strategy

Build financial models and documents for debt/equity fundraising

Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and private lenders

Manage investor/lender relations and credit lines

Compliance & Audit

Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, ROC, and IT returns

Coordinate audits and maintain regulatory compliance

Team Leadership & Internal Controls

Lead the accounts team and ensure accurate reconciliations

Design and implement internal audit checks and financial controls

Business & Strategic Finance Support

Analyze order margins, pricing, and client credit terms

Provide actionable insights to support commercial decision-making

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

CMA (preferred) or MBA in Finance

5+ years of experience in manufacturing/export sectors

Strong command of Excel, and financial modeling

Experience handling fundraising or bank relations is a must

Note: Pure accounting professionals without finance leadership, fund-raising, or business finance exposure will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
