Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Content Creator to lead the storytelling engine of NAAR. You will shape the brand’s content vision, create high-quality, trend-driven campaigns, and mentor a team of creators to build impactful, commerce-driven narratives . This is not just about making content — it’s about designing how NAAR becomes the go-to platform where content fuels community, trust, and global commerce. Key Responsibilities Content Leadership : Drive the overall content strategy for NAAR, from short-form videos to live commerce formats, ensuring brand consistency and global appeal. Hands-on Creation : Produce high-quality, viral-ready content (short videos, live demos, reels, tutorials, and interactive campaigns). Mentorship : Lead and guide junior creators, editors, and designers — building a scalable content team. Creator Enablement : Collaborate with sellers and influencers, helping them craft engaging and shoppable storytelling for their products. Trend Spotting & Innovation : Stay ahead of creator economy, AI-driven content tools, and global social commerce trends to keep NAAR at the cutting edge. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Customer Ops, and Product to integrate content into campaigns, user journeys, and commerce experiences. Analytics & Optimisation : Measure performance across channels, iterate based on data, and scale what works across markets (India, UAE, KSA, and beyond). Global Mindset : Create content playbooks that work across cultures, languages, and markets — from India to the Middle East and beyond. Key Requirements 6+ years of proven experience in content creation, social media storytelling, or brand marketing (preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or creator-led businesses). Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video expertise (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or live commerce). Skilled in video production & editing tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and comfortable experimenting with AI-driven creative tools. Experience in building/leading content teams and managing creator collaborations. Strong understanding of social commerce and how content drives discovery, engagement, and conversions.
