Job Summary

Field Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

Visit Operations Management

  • Lead and oversee complete visit-day operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Plan and monitor field sales activities to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience during every field visit.

Sales & Order Management

  • Drive order creation and ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and ensure conversion to meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities.

CRM & Reporting

  • Utilize CRM tools (Zoho, LeadSquare, Salesforce, etc.) to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Ensure timely data entry, accuracy, and updates in CRM systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for strategic decisions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and groom field sales representatives to improve performance and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, customer handling, and grooming standards.
  • Foster a performance-driven and customer-first culture within the team.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure customers receive the best visit experience through professional service and engagement.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve service quality.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and customer engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Zoho, LeadSquare, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms

    .
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
