Field Sales Manager

X9 Media Ventures - is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Executives for FULLTIME Positions to join our team in Bengaluru / Chennai/Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background or interested in field sales within an advertising agency or digital marketing company.

Responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular field visits and generate sales leads and acquire new clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for upselling are maximized.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute client campaigns.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Candidates we prefer:

Experience: 1 to 5 years (preferred)/ Freshers can also apply

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any Degree.

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 09:30am 06:30 pm
