HR Executive

X9 Media - is seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive for FULLTIME Position to join our team in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end

  recruitment process

  : job postings, screening, interviews, and coordinating with departments for hiring decisions.

• Onboarding & Induction:

  Managing joining formalities,

  employee documentation and database management,

  introducing new hires to company policies and culture, setting up employee files and credentials.
• Manage

  payroll processing

  , attendance, and leave records.
• Assist in

  policy development and implementation

  .
• Coordinate

  employee training, workshops, and engagement activities

  .
• Address and resolve

  employee grievances

  and provide HR support.
• Ensure

  compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations

  : Managing tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances
• Conduct

  performance management activities

  in collaboration with department heads: Setting KPIs/KRAs in collaboration with managers, Conducting appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Manage

  exit and off boarding processes

  including final settlements and collecting company property and revoking access.

Preferred candidate profile

• Masters Degree in

  Human Resources

• Bachelors degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  .
• Proven experience as

  HR Executive, HR Assistant, or similar role

  . (3-5 years)
• Knowledge of

  HR software (HRMS/HRIS)

  like

  Zoho People, Keka HR

  ,

  BambooHR

  ,

  SAP SuccessFactors

  ,

  Oracle HCM Cloud

  ,

  Workday, Digisme

• Knowledge of payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now, GreytHR, QuickBooks Payroll.
• Expertise in handling recruitment portals like Naukri RMS,

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Zoho Recruit

  .
• Handled with

  Performance & Learning Management: Kissflow HR Cloud, Lattice, 360Learning.

• Managing Employee Engagement & Communication: Slack / Microsoft Teams

  (internal communication),

  SurveyMonkey / Culture Amp

  (employee feedback & engagement)
• Strong understanding of

  labor laws and HR best practices

  .
• Excellent

  communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to handle

  confidential information with integrity

  .
