Job Summary:

Content Writer (Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Platform-Specific Content

• Produce engaging, quality & consistent content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels—crafting compelling posts, Reels, videos scripts etc.

• Long form & short form content for videos (scripts)

• Write compelling scripts for video creation: from conceptualizing and storyboarding

• SEO led Content Strategy for website & Calendar Management

• A thorough understanding of SEO led content strategy is must. Candidate should be able to manage entire website content. Plan, schedule, and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent and strategic post flow.

• Trend Research & Innovation

• Stay ahead of new innovative content led trends—like digital media challenges or hair styling reels—and integrate them creatively into content.

• Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions—nurturing a strong, authentic brand community.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with design, videographers, video editors, branding teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and brand voice.

• Brand Consistency & Visual Direction

• Maintain brand tone and visual standards across all content formats.

Preffered Qualification:

• 5+ years writing diffeent form of content—both short form & long form—for beauty or lifestyle brands. Familiarity with hair product styling is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills to reflect trending beauty aesthetics.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), content management schedulers/calenders, and basic SEO/analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, deadline-driven mindset, and ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the confidence to pitch bold content ideas and innovate within the brand’s visual identity.
• Experience with influencer collaborations or UGC content campaigns.
• Background in beaty, fashion, hair care, permanent hair extensions or styling—helps in crafting product-centric, authentic content. (Not mandatory)
