ob Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Salary: depends on interview Industry: Industrial Machinery / Woodworking Automation Company: Shree Umiya F-Tech Machinery Job Summary: We are hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify, engage, and qualify leads for our advanced woodworking and automation machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical sales and familiarity with tools like CRM or ERP software for sales tracking and communication. Key Responsibilities: qualify leads through cold calling, client visits, email campaigns, and trade show participation. Promote products like CNC Routers, Beam Saws, Panel Saws, Multi Boring Machines, CNC 6-Side Drilling Machines, Cold Press, and Automatic Edge Blenders. Understand customer requirements and pass qualified leads to senior sales or technical teams. Maintain and update lead status in CRM/ERP systems for regular follow-up and reporting. Coordinate demos, site visits, and follow-ups with prospects and internal teams. Prepare sales reports and assist with market intelligence. Required Skills: Strong communication and client engagement skills Good understanding of technical products or willingness to learn industrial machinery sales Basic knowledge of CRM software, ERP systems, or sales tracking tools is a strong advantage Experience working with B2B clients in manufacturing or machinery preferred Responsibilities Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, engineering , dipolma language : malyalam,kannad,telugu (either one other than hindior english) At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Technical sales background or experience in industrial machinery is a plus
