You will be joining Waltr, a company dedicated to revolutionizing water efficiency in buildings through innovative digital solutions. As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and support the marketing team in achieving the company's revenue and growth objectives. You will be tasked with selling Waltr products to residential apartments and commercial buildings, conducting product demonstrations for potential customers, and cultivating leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Your role will also involve following up after demos, negotiating pricing, and ensuring successful closures. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as well as identifying opportunities for product enhancements. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be willing to travel extensively within and occasionally outside the city. A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently to complete projects will be crucial. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required. Ideally, you should hold a graduation degree, with an MBA being preferred, and have 0-2 years of work experience in a related field.
