Job Title: Sales Manager – Exports (High Purity Segment)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Export Sales Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage export sales strategies for high purity systems, focusing on key international markets (e.g., pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotech, and healthcare industries).
  • New Business Development:

  • Identify and secure new international clients through market research, cold calling, networking, participation in global exhibitions, and digital outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients to maximize business opportunities.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as agreed with senior management.
  • Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, pricing strategies, and technological innovations in the high-purity water segment.
  • Contract Negotiation:

  • Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close export contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and international trade regulations.
  • Logistics and Documentation Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal logistics, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure smooth shipment, export documentation (LCs, shipping documents, regulatory approvals), and payment collection.
  • Technical Collaboration:

  • Work closely with technical and project teams to customize solutions based on client requirements, ensuring the technical feasibility of proposals.
  • Reporting and CRM Management:

  • Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software and provide regular reports to the management.




Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental) or equivalent; MBA in International Business is a plus.
  • Proven track record in export sales, preferably in water treatment, high-purity systems, or industrial equipment sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, international trade regulations, and payment methods (e.g., LC, advance payment).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic project management tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.


Preferred Markets Experience:

  • Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and/or North America.
