Qualification:- BE Mechanical or BE Chemical.
1 Site readiness meeting with client, prerequisites & project completion bar chart preparation & submission, Team and material follow up for site closer.
2. Installation and commissioning of pretreatment (MGF, Softener, ACF, IRF.
3 Installation and Commissioning of UF and RO-EDI.
4 Installation and Commissioning of PW and WFI storage and distribution system.
5 Documents (DQ, IQ, OQ) execution at site.
6 Trouble shooting and punch point closer.
7 Training and handover of system to client.
8 Should have knowledge of commissioning and documentation of water system.
9 should have knowledge of instrument setting and troubleshooting.
11 Team Handling skill.
12 Should have knowledge of Project Planning and execution of work, so as to achieve the target as planned.
13 Prepare reports for day-to-day results.
