Job Description: - Job Title Project Engineer- water system Installation & Commissioning Department Project JD -Water System Installation and Commissioning engineer along with Documentation Education Degree or diploma in mechanical or diploma in water chemistry. Experience: - 3 to 5 Years preferably in the water treatment or high-purity water systems industry. Location: - Site (Project Location) Qualification:- BE Mechanical or BE Chemical. Roll & Responsibility: - 1 Site readiness meeting with client, prerequisites & project completion bar chart preparation & submission, Team and material follow up for site closer. 2. Installation and commissioning of pretreatment (MGF, Softener, ACF, IRF. 3 Installation and Commissioning of UF and RO-EDI. 4 Installation and Commissioning of PW and WFI storage and distribution system. 5 Documents (DQ, IQ, OQ) execution at site. 6 Trouble shooting and punch point closer. 7 Training and handover of system to client. 8 Should have knowledge of commissioning and documentation of water system. 9 should have knowledge of instrument setting and troubleshooting. 11 Team Handling skill. 12 Should have knowledge of Project Planning and execution of work, so as to achieve the target as planned. 13 Prepare reports for day-to-day results.

Job Title: Sales Manager – Exports (High Purity Segment) Location: [Mumbai, Maharashtra] Department: Sales and Business Development Experience Required: 5-10 years in export sales, preferably in the water treatment or high-purity water systems industry. Key Responsibilities: Export Sales Management: Develop, implement, and manage export sales strategies for high purity systems, focusing on key international markets (e.g., pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biotech, and healthcare industries). New Business Development: Identify and secure new international clients through market research, cold calling, networking, participation in global exhibitions, and digital outreach. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key clients to maximize business opportunities. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs as agreed with senior management. Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, pricing strategies, and technological innovations in the high-purity water segment. Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close export contracts, ensuring compliance with local laws and international trade regulations. Logistics and Documentation Coordination: Coordinate with internal logistics, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure smooth shipment, export documentation (LCs, shipping documents, regulatory approvals), and payment collection. Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project teams to customize solutions based on client requirements, ensuring the technical feasibility of proposals. Reporting and CRM Management: Maintain updated records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software and provide regular reports to the management. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental) or equivalent; MBA in International Business is a plus. Proven track record in export sales, preferably in water treatment, high-purity systems, or industrial equipment sectors. Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, international trade regulations, and payment methods (e.g., LC, advance payment). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel internationally as required. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic project management tools. Self-driven, target-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Preferred Markets Experience: Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and/or North America.
