Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar Pumping Business (Export / International Sales)

Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of solar pump systems, motors, and controllers, delivering innovative and energy-efficient solutions to customers across India and global markets. With a strong focus on quality, reliability, and sustainability, Mecwin empowers agriculture and industries with renewable energy technology. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute export sales strategies for solar pumping systems in international markets including Africa, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, etc.  Identify, develop, and manage relationships with international distributors, EPC companies, and government agencies.  Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets with profitable growth.  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.  Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals for export.  Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution and shipment.  Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to promote Mecwin products internationally.  Manage compliance with export documentation, LC handling, INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and payment terms.  Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback to management.  Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to adapt and innovate products meeting international market requirements. Qualifications & Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / International Trade; MBA preferred.  5–10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in solar pumps, renewable energy, or electrical products.  Strong network with a proven track record in export business development.  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Familiarity with export documentation, payment terms, and international logistics.  Willingness to travel internationally as necessary.
