Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Study target countries and consumer trends to identify new export markets and business opportunities.

International Business Development:

  • Develop new export business accounts and expand the company's presence in international markets.

Sales Campaign Planning:

  • Plan and execute sales campaigns aligned with country-specific market needs and current trends.

Lead Generation & Follow-up:

  • Generate quality leads and follow up on inbound emails, website enquiries, online promotions, and telephone inquiries.

Sales Conversion & Negotiation:

  • Persuasively present products or services, negotiate effectively, and achieve defined sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through strong after-sales service.

Outbound Prospecting:

  • Actively source new sales opportunities through calling and mailing using existing customer data.
