Role: Manager / Assistant Manager – Exports

front-end Sales & Marketing leadership role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand

  overseas markets (USA, Canada, EU)

  for chemical and pharmaceutical raw materials
• Handle

  end-to-end export operations

  : inquiry to execution, documentation, logistics, compliance
• Build and manage

  relationships with global customers, distributors, and channel partners

• Work closely with

  sourcing, QA/QC, regulatory, and supply chain teams

• Drive

  product positioning, commercial negotiations, and margin optimization

• Track

  global demand-supply trends, pricing, and regulatory changes

• Support

  new product introductions and CDMO project commercialization

• Ensure compliance with

  international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and documentation norms

Eligibility & Preferred Background

Education:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
• B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Experience:

• 3–10 years of hands-on experience

  in:
• Chemical exports
• Overseas market development
• International sales / product management in chemicals

Strong Preference For:

• Experience in

  Specialty Chemicals, APIs, Intermediates, or CDMO

• Practical exposure to

  USA, EU, and Canadian export markets

• Candidates with actual

  export execution and client-facing experience

Key Skill Requirements

• Strong understanding of

  chemical products and applications

• In-depth knowledge of

  export documentation, logistics, and trade compliance

• Excellent

  commercial, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to manage

  high-value international customers

• Market intelligence, pricing strategy, and contract management
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and international trade workflows
