Strategic Development:
1. Identify and develop new territories for business expansion.
2. Strategize to engage high-net-worth clients (HNI) in target regions.
3. Conduct competitor benchmarking and analyse global trends in material
movement.
• International Sales:
1. Drive sales in international markets to achieve business growth.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with global clients to enhance customer
loyalty.
3. Create and execute sales strategies tailored to specific international markets.
4. Identify and close high-value sales opportunities in target regions.
• Distribution & Network Management:
1. Set up distributors, stockists, and appoint agents in respective territories.
2. Collaborate with existing agents to generate new business opportunities.
• Operations Management:
1. Plan production schedules and coordinate dispatches.
2. Draft and formalize agreements, contracts, and other documentation.
• Vendor & Freight Management:
1. Build relationships with shipping liners, freight forwarders, and clearance
agents.
2. Handle Sea and air freight operations, including LCL and FCL shipments.
• Customer Relationship & Account Management:
1. Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
2. Manage accounts receivables and payment cycles efficiently.
• Marketing & Brand Building:
1. Lead marketing initiatives, including participation in international exhibitions.
2. Enhance brand presence in global markets through strategic promotion.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
1. Lead a team and review their deliverables to ensure alignment with business
objectives.
