Export Manager

We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company seeking an experienced Export Manager to join our team. Our company exports a wide range of products, including but not limited to:

- Textiles and apparel

- Machinery and equipment

- Chemicals and pharmaceuticals

- Food and beverages

- Handicrafts and furniture

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Export Manager to develop and implement strategies to expand our global footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute export strategies to achieve business objectives

2. Identify new export opportunities and markets

3. Build and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners

4. Negotiate and finalize export contracts and agreements

5. Ensure compliance with export regulations, laws, and company policies

6. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics

7. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform export strategies

8. Prepare and manage export documentation, including certificates of origin and commercial invoices

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in export management or a related field

3. Proven track record of success in developing and executing export strategies

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

7. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus

8. Familiarity with export regulations, laws, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

2. Certification in export management or international trade (e.g., CEM, CITP)

3. Experience with export software and technology (e.g., ERP systems, trade compliance platforms)
