Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Export Manager to lead our international sales and distribution efforts for our cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export management, cosmetics industry knowledge, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute export strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and establish relationships with new international distributors and partners.
3. Manage existing distributor networks, ensuring sales growth and compliance.
4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory compliance checks.
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international clients.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of export management experience in the cosmetics industry.
2. Strong knowledge of international trade laws and regulations..
3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding distribution networks.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to travel internationally.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience with cosmetic regulations (e.g., FDA, EU, ISO).
2. Knowledge of international market trends and competitor activity.
