Key Responsibilities: Make outbound/inbound calls to students & parents for course counselling. Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs. Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records in Excel/Google sheet. Generate qualified leads and schedule sessions/demo classes for senior counsellors. Assist students through enrolment and admission processes. Ensure high satisfaction and build long-term student relationships. Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions & follow-ups. Stay updated on all course details, faculty, fees & institute offerings. Requirements: Good communication skills (Hindi/English). Ability to convince and counsel students effectively. Basic computer & CRM handling skills. Prior telesales or counselling experience preferred.
