Work towards achieving set SEAL score and support closure of non-conformities / AIR. Conduct safety drills, emergency preparedness sessions, and mock audits. - EHS Performance Monitoring: Maintain EHS KPIs and prepare data for management reviews and periodic global reporting. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, environment, and sustainability. Responsible for initiating departmental proceedings for violations connected to work place safety and environmental regulations. - Environmental Compliance & Sustainability: Support sustainability initiatives and waste management practices. Coordinate with Environmental Regulatory Authority (TNPCB) on renewal of Consent Orders , Obtaining Hazardous Waste Authorization and periodic submissions and any other appropriate actions as needed. Ensure compliance with environmental standards and contribute to facility-wide environmental goals. Responsible to meet the Environmental Audit findings.
