Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Development of a formulation from Literature, patent search & preparation of literature survey reports.
Formulation and process development of Semisolid Dosage forms using QbD concept. Identifying QTPP, CQA, CPP, CMA of the product to optimize the process and prepare robust product (Regulated Market)
Planning and executing pre-formulation studies and development trials.
Execution of experimental work & documentation (lab notebooks, logbook entries)
Preparation of documents like Product development report, MFC (Master Formula Card), Stability protocol, In-use protocol, Product specification (Finished product specification, In-process specification and stability specification) and hold time protocol.
Execution of process evaluation and optimization.
Perform technology transfer from lab scale to production scale.
Interpretation of analytical data. Based on IVRT data, sample selection done and sent for bio-equivalence study at CRO.
Maintenance of lab equipment, areas and preparation of SOPs.
