Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct research and development activities related to polymer and resin formulations for dental applications.
Design and perform experiments to evaluate resin properties, including mechanical, thermal, chemical, and rheological characteristics.
Optimize resin formulations and processing methods to meet desired performance and quality requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of experimental procedures, test results, and technical reports.
Support quality control activities to ensure consistency, safety, and reliability of resin-based products.
Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to support product documentation and regulatory submissions.
Identify and evaluate raw material and resin suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost.

Preferred candidate profile

Hands-on experience with resin formulation and polymer testing.
Knowledge of laboratory testing instruments and analytical techniques.
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
