Job Title: R&D Officer Vacancies: 01 | Grade: Officer Salary Range: 3–4 LPA | Industry: Two-Wheeler / Three-Wheeler Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 5–15 Years | Gender Preference: Male Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Officer to support prototype build-up, vehicle assembly, and vehicle-level testing activities. The role requires hands-on experience in two-wheeler layouts, strong technical knowledge of 2W/EV components, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth execution. Key Responsibilities: Execute proto build-up activities. Vehicle assembly Activity. Perform vehicle-level testing. Understand two-wheeler layouts and assemblies thoroughly. Support continuous improvement to enhance process efficiency. Technical Competencies: Strong knowledge of 2W parts and systems. Good understanding of EV layouts and components. Behavioral Competencies: Good communication skills. Strong coordination with CFT. Problem-solving approach. Discipline and ability to meet timelines.
