Study tender documents (RFPs/RFQs/EOIs) thoroughly and identify eligibility criteria, technical and commercial requirements. Prepare and compile tender documentation, including technical write-ups, BOQ, pricing, and other mandatory annexures. Manage the entire tendering process including bid preparation, documentation, pricing, and submission through the GeM portal. GeM Catalogue Updation , Vender Assessment. Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, technical, logistics) to gather required information. Ensure timely submission of tenders on respective portals or physically, as per client guidelines. Maintain and update records of all tender submissions and outcomes. Follow-up on submitted tenders to track progress, participate in pre-bid meetings, and respond to queries or clarifications. Analyze unsuccessful tenders to identify gaps and improve future submissions. Ensure compliance with company policies and government norms related to tenders and procurement. Prepare MIS reports related to tenders, bids won/lost, and upcoming opportunities. Coordination with Distributors and Customers. EMD with Government and Distributors. Preferred candidate profile
