Team Management:- - Manage and prioritize work assignments for engineers and technicians. - Supervise and lead the team, deciding on priorities, distributing work, and acting as a manager-coach. - Facilitate the development and professional growth of assigned technicians and engineers. 3. Work Progress Updates:- - Provide regular updates on work progress to the R&D organization and internal clients. 4. Equipment Maintenance:- - Ensure the maintenance, metrology, and appropriate follow-up of all equipment under responsibility. - Follow the HSEQ management system and contribute to keeping the system active. - Context and Environment:- - Maintain a constant relationship with internal clients of the Global Business (for Automotive lubricants and engine testing) on R&D projects. - Contribute to the branch by maintaining a high scientific level. - Work closely with CRES, OT teams, and Product Engineers, with occasional contacts with affiliates. Qualifications: - Chemical or Mechanical engineer of high scientific level with 10 years of experience (preferably from additives suppliers or lubricant industries). PhD would be a plus. - Good communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills. - Team player. - Knowledge of the French language is beneficial.
