Export Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic export plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
   
2. Identify, establish, and maintain partnerships with international distributors and clients.
   
3. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributor networks to ensure consistent growth and compliance.
   
4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and ensure adherence to international trade and cosmetic regulations.
   
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international buyers and partners.
   
6. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, and quality control) to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
   
7. Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to promote business expansion.
   

Requirements

1. Minimum

   5 years of experience

   in export management, preferably within the

   cosmetics or FMCG industry

   .
2. Strong understanding of

   international trade laws, export documentation, and regulatory compliance

   .
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding international distribution networks.
   
4. Excellent

   communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

   .
5. Ability and willingness to

   travel internationally

   as required.
6. Bachelor’s degree in

   Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade

   , or a related field.

7. Fluency in English

   is required; proficiency in additional languages will be an advantage.
