Job Description

As an international market development specialist for rice exports, your role involves identifying and cultivating new markets across the globe. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and nurturing strong relationships with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and trade terms with clients. - Ensuring accuracy and compliance of all export documentation with international trade laws, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and phytosanitary certificates. - Coordinating effectively with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines. - Monitoring global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to make informed business decisions. - Handling inquiries, complaints, and providing after-sales support to international clients. - Representing the company at trade fairs and exhibitions to promote rice products. - Ensuring strict adherence to export/import regulations, including customs clearance and DGFT policies. - Overseeing shipping, freight forwarding, and other logistical operations in compliance with ocean export norms, including shipping documentation, incoterms, container booking, and port procedures. Additionally, the company requires you to work full-time during day shifts at the specified in-person work location.,
