Crew and Shore Training People Management Stakeholder Management (Internal and External) Project Management Descriptionof activities (expanded version of key responsibilities) Act as business consultant and create value proposition for all internal and externalStakeholders on below areas (indicative, but not limited to): Systems Management a) Evaluate current ERP systems for operational needs, andensure it is suited to business needs, including dynamic needs of anystatutory/regulatory amendments in the industry. b) Lead theimplementation and rollout of the ERP across all vessels in the fleet. c) Conduct testing and quality assurance to verify system functionality andreliability. d) Providetraining and support to vessel crew and shore-based staff on using the PMS. e) Developuser manuals, training materials, and conduct workshops/webinars as needed. Technical Data Integrity a) Ensure that the PMS complies with all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards. b)) Ensurethat all vessel-specific maintenance schedules, checklists, and documentationare accurately uploaded into the PMS. c) Analyse maintenance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-savingopportunities. d) Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, includingtechnical, marine and QHSE superintendents, vessel crew, IT teams and vendor asneeded. e) Ensure Compliance is adhered to by shore and vessel crew in reportingstandards as defined by company guidelines, regulatory and industry standards to ensure Audit preparedness. People Management: In conjunction with Managing Director, Head of DOC ensure that the team is correctly staffed with right level of competencies. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering or a relatedfield. Relevant certifications in technical management of Ships (Class 2 Certificate Of Competency) or Maintenance management systems. Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in technical management/marine engineering and at least 3 years of working knowledge of Planned maintenance systems ( eg. ABS NS5, Sertica, Smart PAL, ShipNet etc.). In-depth understanding of ship operations, maintenance practices and regulatory requirements in the maritime industry. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of International Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean), Customs Regulations, Incoterms, and Logistics operations. - Proven track record of P&L management, business development, and operational leadership. - Excellent negotiation skills with carriers, vendors, and global partners. - Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to lead large teams. - Analytical mindset with expertise in cost optimization and process improvement. - Proficiency in ERP/Logistics Management Systems and digital supply chain tools. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. - Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Experience in managing global trade lanes, large-scale operations, and P&L responsibility. - Exposure to sectors such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, Pharma preferred.
