Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the process.

Job

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
