Job Description

As a part of your role, you will be required to coordinate with hiring/team managers PAN India to identify staffing needs. You will need to constantly be in the loop with team managers to update the status and information about the entire hiring process. Additionally, you will handle multiple requirements in the software, digital, and mechanical engineering domains. Your key responsibilities will include: - Determining selection criteria - Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - Designing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements - Leading employer branding initiatives Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts and the work location is in person.,
